Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by P2A Consultancy (“we,” “us,” or
“our”) to clients (“you”). By making payment and enrolling in any of our services, you agree
to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Offered
P2A Consultancy provides the following services for internationally trained dental
graduates navigating the US dental pathway:
- CAAPID Application Service — $999
- PASS Application Service — $1,500
- Clinical Mentorship / Preceptorship — $5,000 (includes a $300 deposit prior to the
selection process)
3. Scope of Service
CAAPID & PASS Application Services: Our service begins upon receipt
of payment and concludes upon submission of your application. We are available throughout the
process to guide you through documents, personal statements, school selections, and
supplemental questions. Any communication or support after submission is provided informally
and at our discretion — it does not constitute a continuation or extension of the
service.
Clinical Mentorship / Preceptorship: Enrollment in this service begins
with an initial consultation and approval. A $300 deposit is required before the selection
process can proceed. Selection is not guaranteed. If selected, you will be granted access to
a structured US clinical mentorship opportunity that includes supervised clinical hours and a
US faculty letter of recommendation. This opportunity is made available to selected
candidates — it does not imply continuous one-on-one oversight or supervision by any specific
faculty member throughout its duration. If you are not selected following the interview,
your $300 deposit will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is required upfront or per an agreed installment schedule before services begin.
For installment arrangements, each payment must be made on time. If a scheduled payment is
missed, services will be paused until the outstanding amount is settled. We accept payment
via Stripe, Zelle, and bank transfer.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to full payments and to each
installment made. Once a payment has been received, no refunds will be issued regardless of
the stage of service, change of plans, or application outcome — with the sole exception of
the $300 Clinical Mentorship deposit, which is fully refunded if a candidate is not
selected.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
P2A Consultancy provides guidance, support, and access to opportunities — we do not
guarantee any specific result. This includes but is not limited to: acceptance into any
program, interview invitations, match results, clinical placements, or visa or licensure
outcomes. All admission and selection decisions rest entirely with the receiving
institutions, programs, or relevant parties. Our role is to give you the strongest possible
application and preparation — the outcome is ultimately yours to earn.
7. Client Responsibilities
To get the most out of your engagement with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, honest, and complete information at all stages
- Respond to communications and meet deadlines shared by our team
- Take responsibility for securing your own supporting documents (transcripts, dental
licenses, letters of recommendation) in a timely manner - Review and approve all materials before submission
Delays or unfavorable outcomes resulting from a client’s failure to meet these
responsibilities are not the liability of P2A Consultancy.
8. Confidentiality
We handle your personal information and application materials with care. Your details will
not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law or
necessary to facilitate a service you have enrolled in (such as coordinating a clinical
placement opportunity).
9. Intellectual Property
Any templates, frameworks, or written materials developed by P2A Consultancy are our
intellectual property. Materials we help you draft are intended for your personal application
use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with others.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, P2A Consultancy and any associated
faculty or partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our services — including unsuccessful applications,
rejections, or any decisions made by third-party institutions or programs.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes
arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts
of New York.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on
this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes your
acceptance of the revised terms.
